Please check in at Spa reception 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for check-in and changing into a Waterstone robe and slippers before your therapist greets you. Enjoy relaxing time in our sunlit solarium; it’s a wonderful way to unwind and disconnect before your treatment begins.
All treatments will end on time regardless of start time so that the next guest is not delayed. All services are reserved specifically for you. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Missed appointments without notice are subject to 100% of the treatment cost. Same-day reservations may not be cancelled.
The treatment price does not include a gratuity; this is at the guest’s discretion.
Spa gift cards are available for all services and retail products and may be used at any Neuman Hotel Group restaurants or hotels. Please contact our spa receptionist for further information.
