What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to make a cancellation, you will need to call or email the spa to let us know. Same day cancellations will be charged a fee, unless of emergency circumstances or exposure to Covid-19.

What information do I need to provide to book an appointment?

We will need your name (as well as the names of everyone in your party if you’re booking for multiple people), a phone number that you can be reached at, an email address for your appointment confirmation, and a credit or debit card to hold your appointment with. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking and can be changed upon checkout.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This allows enough time for you to fill out some intake forms for your therapist(s), get changed into a robe and slippers, and relax in our solarium prior to the start of your appointment.

If you would like to make use of our steam and sauna rooms ahead of your appointment, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to do so. For 11:00 A.M. appointments, we advise planning on using the steam and sauna rooms after your service.

*For check in at the Lithia Springs Resort location, please arrive at the main guest registration check in desk 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment and let them know you’re checking in for a spa appointment. They will give you the intake forms and show you where to change for your service. 

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You are welcome to bring whatever you need to enjoy your experience! We provide robes and slippers for you to change into as well as towels for you to use. Swimsuits are not required for our services or for usage of our amenities, but you are welcome to wear a swimsuit if you feel more comfortable doing so. Otherwise, we provide everything you will need at the spa.

What amenities are available?

Currently, we have all our amenities available for use. This includes our locker rooms, steam and sauna rooms, and solarium.

Our locker rooms include lockers for you to secure your belongings in as well as showers for you to make use of before or after your service if you would like. We have Kevin Murphy hair products and Tara bodywash in our showers.

*Please note that these amenities are only available at our downtown Ashland location.

What can I expect during my treatment?

When it is time for your treatment, your provider will collect you and bring you to the room you will be receiving your service in. They will walk you through what will happen during your service and answer any questions you may have.

During massage services, you will be covered by a sheet and blanket at all times. As your therapist works, they will carefully and securely drape the coverings to work on different parts of the body. You will be under a sheet and blanket during facial services as well.

Do listed service prices include gratuity?

The prices listed on our website do not include gratuity. Standard gratuity starts at 20% and goes directly to your therapist/esthetician. This can be charged to the card you choose to pay with at checkout, or in cash.

My gift certificate is expired, can I still use it?

We are happy to honor your gift certificate regardless of the expiration date on it. Just give us a call with your gift certificate number on hand and we’re happy to extend the date for you.
