WATERSTONE MASSAGE
Our signature full body wellness massage is a classic Swedish style, customized to fit your individual needs. This massage relaxes tight muscles and stimulates circulation.

FIVE ELEMENT WHOLE BODY RITUAL
Heal your body and your spirit in a treatment that combines the energy of the traditional Japanese elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Sky.
Earth: Using a specially chosen mix of a stimulating scrub, essential oils, your treatment begins with a head-to-toe exfoliation. Once your skin is silky smooth, your body will be painted with a self-heating clay and plant extract masque that wakes up dull skin and benefits circulation.
Fire: The heated blankets you have been resting on up to this point are now wrapped around you to form a warm cocoon around you. While in this heated wrap, you will be treated to a cold stone facial massage (representing the element of Earth) and a relaxing scalp massage.
Water: The next stage of this inspired elemental treatment brings you to a shower that has been prepared especially for you. Enjoy the aromatic enhanced washcloth during your cleanse, and after you step out of your luxurious shower, quench your thirst with a cool drink of fruit infused water.
Air: Post shower, you are treated to a customized fully body 50 min massage during which the element Air is represented through your deep relaxion breaths.
Sky: At the completion of this 120 mins full body experience, expect to find your body and spirit connected, nurtured, renewed, and in complete harmony where you can relax in our Solarium with a cup of Japanese tea and a light refreshment.

DEEP THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A therapeutic massage especially suited for strained or over worked muscles. Focused work, with our warming deep tissue lotion, helps to release tension, improve range of motion, and soothe away aches and pains. Our therapists will work with you to customize the treatment that’s right for you.

LA STONE MASSAGE
A perfect combination of expertly trained hands and heated basalt stones provide you with a deep sense of relaxation. Heat from the stones penetrates sore muscles, and helps to melt stress and tension.

MOTHER TO BE MASSAGE
Our therapist’s soothing touch will help to ease muscle tension, increase circulation, and bring about an overall sense of wellbeing. This massage is designed to nurture and honor the mother-to-be during this special time. We use supportive body cushions designed with the mother’s stability and comfort in mind.

BACK TREATMENT
This treatment starts with slow, rhythmic dry brushing on the back, stimulating the lymphatic system and jump starting the healing of overworked back muscles. A mask of your choice, either rose clay or seaweed, is applied, followed by soothing heat packs. While you rest, your scalp and feet are massaged to bring about an overall sense of calm and wellbeing. Warm steamed towels remove the mask and ready your back for a restorative neck, back and shoulder massage.

SKIN BRUSHING
Slow rhythmic skin brushing stimulates the lymphatic flow, improves circulation, and exfoliates the skin. Adds 15 minutes to your treatment time. $25
RELIEF FOR HANDS OR FEET
Our specially formulated aromatherapy oil is massaged into the hands or feet to help ease aches and pains and assist in reducing inflammation. Hands or feet are then wrapped in warm towels while you relax and enjoy the remainder of your massage. Adds 15 minutes to your treatment time. $30
Please check in at Spa reception 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for check-in and changing into a Waterstone robe and slippers before your therapist greets you. Enjoy relaxing time in our sunlit solarium; it’s a wonderful way to unwind and disconnect before your treatment begins.
All treatments will end on time regardless of start time so that the next guest is not delayed. All services are reserved specifically for you. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Missed appointments without notice are subject to 100% of the treatment cost. Same-day reservations may not be cancelled.
The treatment price does not include a gratuity; this is at the guest’s discretion.
