Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service to fill out necessary intake forms and get changed into your robe and slippers.

Please note that all treatments will end on time regardless of start time so that the next guest is not delayed. All services are reserved specifically for you. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. 

We have highly trained professional practitioners to best serve you. Tipping is not included in the service totals but is appreciated and encouraged.

Certificates are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.

Parking is available on Hargadine St., one block up from Ashland Springs Hotel at the city parking garage ($2 fee). If you are in need of Handicap Accessibility, please call for information.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call no later than 24 hours prior to your service.
