No outside food permitted. A fruit and cheese plate from LARKS Restaurant is available for purchase. Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or bubbly. No corkage fee. Waterstone Spa offers also bubbly at $7 per glass.

Thank you for collecting the information needed for us to provide your party with an amazing experience! In attempts to support you in organizing a memorable and stress free day, we’ve included the following information for you to share with the guests who will accompany you. Helpful Information

A credit card number is needed to make your reservation. One card can be used to hold all reservations and will not be charged unless needed to honor our cancellation policy. These times are reserved specifically for you. We require at least a 7 full days notice for changes or cancellations to Spa Party appointments to avoid a 50% charge.

There is a $50.00 non-refundable Space fee for events. This is collected at time of booking. For parties of 4 or more, an 20% gratuity (rounded to the dollar) is included in your cost and will be dis-
persed to the appropriate practitioners.

Check in time is 30 minutes prior to start of appointments. If unexpected complications lead to late arrival, your services will still need to end at their scheduled time. Please allow adequate time to arrive at the spa so that your day can be experienced to its fullest. We are located in the heart of downtown and parking at the hotel is allowed if the hotel is not full, or we will pay the fee for the parking garage off Hargadine street, please call ahead to make arrangements.

Food and wineneeds to be contained to our solarium during your time. You are welcome to bring your
own snacks or have them catered in by Larks restaurant. We have refrigeration if needed and all utensils, plates and glassware are provided. We ask that wine and champagne be the only alcoholic beverages brought for your group event.

We appreciate communicationbetween guests and our employees. If you need anything (lower music
volume, a robe to change, new slippers, more tea) please do not hesitate to ask!
